1. Add your clients. In Clients, type a name and click Add. Switch between clients with the dropdown, or choose All clients to see everything together.
2. Set up once. Under Settings, enter your hourly rate and choose your billing cycle (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). Click Save settings.
3. Track your time two ways. Use the Live timer — Start when you begin, Pause for breaks (time keeps adding up), then Log time to save it. Or type hours in manually under Add time entry. Each entry is tagged to a client and a work type — Billable, Appointment, or Admin. Bill by the hour, or switch Billing to Flat fee for fixed-price projects (hours are then optional).
4. Convert clock time. The Time → decimal calculator turns HH:MM:SS into decimal hours (e.g. 7:45:08 = 7.7522), so your invoices reflect exact time worked. Paste the time or type the parts, then Use in entry.
5. See your totals. Everything rolls up into the current billing period — total hours, days worked, and earnings. Use the arrows to move between periods. Click Edit on any row to fix it.
6. Back up your data. Everything is saved in your browser on your own computer (nothing is sent anywhere). It stays between visits, but clearing your browser data would erase it — so click Export now and then to save a CSV, which opens in Excel or Google Sheets.
